Corrections.
Where we got it wrong, and what we changed.
Report an error.
If you find a factual error, missing context, or a misattributed quote in a Startupniti article, write to the corrections desk. Include the article URL and the specific claim you are challenging. We respond to legitimate corrections within 48 hours.
How we handle corrections.
- Minor: typo or formatting — corrected silently.
- Material: a fact, number, name, date, or attribution is wrong — corrected with a dated note appended to the article.
- Substantial: the article's central claim is unsupported — the article is retracted and a retraction notice is published in its place.
Retracted articles.
Articles that have been retracted no longer serve content; URL returns a 404. The retraction itself is logged in this section for audit trail. As Startupniti is in its launch quarter, we publish a periodic retractions index here rather than per-article notices, in keeping with the editorial principle of not amplifying corrected errors.
