Zoho rolled out AI-powered recording tools for Zoho Webinar on May 18, 2026, adding Summary, Transcript, Smart Chapters and Highlights to every session at no extra cost, according to zoho.com.
The features activate the instant a webinar ends. An AI engine ingurns the full recording into a concise written summary, a searchable transcript, automatically segmented chapters and a highlight reel of key moments. Hosts can download, edit or share any of the four assets directly from the webinar dashboard without manual editing, the company blog explains.
The release arrives as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet race to embed generative AI into post-meeting workflows. Zoho’s move keeps its 50-million-user ecosystem competitive with rivals that have already shipped AI summaries, yet does so without raising prices. For SaaS buyers, the addition lowers the barrier to repurposing long-form content into marketing snippets, training libraries and compliance records, tightening Zoho’s grip on the mid-market webinar segment.
Zoho says the tools are live for all existing Webinar customers and will expand to its Meeting and ShowTime products “later this year,” according to the same post. Early-access users report that Smart Chapters cut editing time by 60 percent; the company plans to publish usage benchmarks by July.
